These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Signal Inspector at signalinspector.co.uk (the “Service”), operated by Pulse Digital Enterprises LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Signal Inspector.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Signal Inspector provides website quality analysis tools, including URL upload/crawl, page-quality / E-E-A-T style reporting, bulk title and meta suggestions, and related account features. Features may change as we improve the product.

Reports are decision-support tools for SEO and content teams. They are not legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice, and they do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or Google outcomes.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may require account approval before full access is granted.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

4. Credits, fees, and billing

• Paid features typically consume credits (for example, 1 credit per URL analysed, or 1 credit per title/meta generation), as shown in the product.
• Credit packs are purchased via Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except where required by law.
• Unless required by law or we state otherwise, credit purchases are non-refundable once payment succeeds.
• Promotional or signup bonus credits may be withdrawn or adjusted if we reasonably suspect abuse.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights
• submit URLs or content you are not authorised to have crawled or processed
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• resell, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted in writing
• upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
• use outputs to create competing models or services in breach of provider terms applicable to AI features

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create security/operational risk.

6. Your content and URLs

You retain rights in materials you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and analyse submitted URLs and related content solely to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have all rights needed to submit that material for processing (including AI processing where used).

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by Pulse Digital Enterprises LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including hosting, Stripe payments, email, analytics, and AI providers). Their availability and terms may affect the Service. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and all reports are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that analyses are complete, accurate for every use case, or that they will achieve any particular SEO result.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or pure economic loss (including lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Signal Inspector credits in that period, or (b) £100.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your submitted URLs/content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

14. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
